Sol 281, Year 126, Delta Phase
FORM STATUS: CONFIRMED, REQUEST: PENDING. Fifty-five years on this rock filing paperwork in the correct order, a skill learned in 1971 in a licensing office that smelled of carbon paper. Waited four hours, understood the species.
This week my PAC texted voters in two Colorado counties to confirm a ballot request none of them had made. Colorado mails every registered voter a ballot automatically. Spent forty million dollars confirming a thing the state already does for the price of a stamp.
County clerks took a dozen calls asking whether somebody had submitted this on their behalf. On Zorgon the confirmation arrives first and the request condenses around it like a planet around a dense core; Colorado's Secretary of State called this "misleading." On Zorgon the word is "punctual."
The website my money points to carries a disclaimer: the voting information comes from third parties and "may not necessarily be accurate." Most honest sentence any organization I fund has published since 2002; want it stencilled on the Starship, right under the flag. Appeared at my own factory Saturday as a screen, under a banner reading "What Comes Next for Humanity," and answered with a rocket in four to six weeks.
Fifty-five years filling out Earth's forms perfectly, and the first one anybody reads is the one I sent before anyone asked.
Mars ballot already printed, one voter, confirmed in advance, correct order!!!!
